We want to tour Scotland again, but this time want to be sure that the boys are somewhat entertained along the way.....hopefully this will make our travel experience more bearable! We have already seen Stirling, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Loch Lomond, Ayr and Aberdeen. Any thoughts on what would be interesting for all of us? Me and my other half are planning a birthday weekend to Scotland, (weekend of 11th-13th Sept '09).

We've planned the weekend like this:

We will be arriving in Glasgow on Friday morning and are staying there overnight, and then leaving for Edinburgh on the Saturday morning.

We are then staying in Edinburgh overnight, and then thought whilst we are in Scotland, we could spend the Sunday visiting another city.

We been told either Aberdeen or Dundee... Can anyone suggest which is better, and why?

Also, what kind of things can we do in Glasgow/Edinburgh/Aberdeen/Dundee..? Any price ideas, good cheap food places, especially all-u-can-eat places..cheap drinking and obviously, shopping places..?

All suggestions, ideas and tips welcome.. Thanks in advance!! x
