Did you send them on a slow boat to China?

It depends partly on where in Thailand. I've had air mail reach Bangkok in 3 days, but I've seen letters on Satun province take 10.

(That said, I've had letters from the Netherlands to the UK take a month, so you never can tell).

A week is a good average, with slightly less for urban Bangkok (and possibly some of the more popular resort areas).

Have sent and received regular Mail (letters and small packages)by US Post Office. Took 3 weeks minimum. If you want to sent something of value send it FedX or UPS.

How didd you send it. Address is correct. ask her to send a mail id. And share it in yahoo photos.
It should not take even by any snail mails this long.

I live in Thailand and have family in France and in the UK. Letters will take between one week to one month - no kidding. Sorry but she could wait a while for the pictures.

It usually takes 3-7 days depend on which area. If it is in bangkok, it will be quicker like 3-5 days. From my experience took around 5 days.

Normally 7. 10 should be the latest. If it's longer than that, it would mean that you posted a wrong address or postcode and the letter ended somewhere.
