i have tried to email them about the problem but as we leave on sat and wanted to go to disney either 16th or 17th we are cutting it a bit fine.
does any1 have any suggestions?

you could always try your look and buy the ticket at the parks them selves
Well, If it said its cheap, and it won’t let you, then its a trick! Hope this helps!

If its not working it might be a scam…but i wanted to let you know that DisneyLand Paris …is not located in Paris its a little ways away from there actually…i went there a few years ago with my husband who is from Paris, France and it took us a while to get there…
Hi,
I lived in Paris and have been to Disneyland a few times. You will never have any difficulty getting the tickets for to parks once you get there.
Lines are not that long (provided you do not g there on hollidays). Even during week ends, it is not a long wait.
There are no valid discounts for Disney parks. The only real offer is from Disney.com. This will only save you money for a park hopper pass. The rest are scams… Euro Disney is nothing to rave about. Very small and expensive. Just make sure you pay for the correct RER ticket if taking the train from Paris. It should cost around $8.00. It is easy to board the train not knowing you have to buy a special ticket to exit.
