can anyone reccomend a good place to go for a work weekend away?

there are about 15 of us, we have a decent budget. we are looking for a good weekend away probably in march, possible abroad in europe, something different. would like some kind of event during the day then somewehre for a drink at night.
suggestions so far have been assault course type things or a football match in barcelona but not everyone is into football.
any ideas?

    If you are all Male put Stag weekend into a search engine and this will bring up loads of ideas - most are mixed activity weekends.

    Some cater for mixed groups too.
