Inverness is quite cheap wherever you go. Your taxi won't be quite so cheap though as the airport is about twenty miles away from the town.
I can't remember any names of pubs and clubs but as Inverness is not very big, try the website and you should be able to find links to Inverness there.
You might also be able to find out taxi fares in advance.
