i presume you are a similar age. though i might be presuming too much. paris is fine. disneyland caters for kids.

Barcelona then Ibiza in Spain would be great places to go!
paris if you have the money but borring. disney is great but even more money , look at cheap package hols seen some for £160 in spain / greece/ turkey, better fun and cheaper
take him to amsterdam... get the superfast eurotrain... dam is 59 quid return... takes 2 - 3hrs from london
It really depends where you are in the UK? Paris sounds great to me, but then I'm not a teenager...
How about a trip to Ireland? There are many great sites in Dublin and you can take him to a concert.
If you are in the north-east you can a trip to Norway, and go skiing, there is a good ferry connection from Newcastle.
