Welcome to Menorca, you have landed at Mahon Airport so what happens next? Start off by collecting your hire a car at Mahon Airport, from here the capital is only twenty minutes away while the beautiful marina town of Ciutadella is about a forty minute drive away.
A bus service is available to deliver you anywhere on the island alternatively there is a bus to take you to Mahon Bus Station every half an hour until 10.30pm (and during the weekends) when the frequency of the service switches over to an hourly arrangement. The bus is caught from outside of the Arrivals hall and the fare is about two euros for a one-way journey.
If you would prefer to travel by taxi, a ten minute drive direct to your stay in a Mahon hotel in the centre will cost about ten euros while getting to Ciutadella will set you back about 42 euros.
