check the airports website and go to the security area although i think they have been lifted the regulations
it depends where you're coming from, even when travelling in the EU (some countries seem to take more heed of the laws than others) but still shud try to stick to them.
you can take any liquid you want so long as they are under 100mls. just put them in a plastic zip lock bag thing. not sure of the size. they usually give them out at the airport.
